Where can I find stock information?

You will find stock information and delivery time indication on each product page of our website. If you want a more accurate lead time, please contact us at sales@electrical-components.com, and we will inquire with our suppliers. Please bear in mind that it is not possible for us to guarantee delivery times. In many cases, we are dependant on the factories and distributors here in Europe. The information on the website is merely to be used as an indication. In 95% of the cases we are able to deliver within the expected time. However, there are cases where a package can get lost or a vehicle may break down or have mechanical problems. In these cases, and in cases where the manufacturer stops the production of a product (end of life or EOL) the delivery time may take longer than indicated on the website. In case of EOL products, they may not be deliverable anymore either. You will then receive a 100% refund of any payment done.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

We have 2 types of stock information on each product page on the website:

Local stock means that the product can be shipped from one of our warehouses or that of a distributor within 48 hours. Mostly we will ship on the same day that we receive your order.
External stock means that we have to order the product from a warehouse further away. Most of the time, this will be a warehouse in the Netherlands or Germany. Usually external stock orders are shipped within 1 or 2 weeks. However, there are circumstances where the delivery time takes longer than 2 weeks. In these cases your order stays in back order until the order can be released. If you want to request more information about the delivery time of  a certain product, you can send a request to sales@electrical-components.com. Delivery time requests are handled only by e-mail because it allows us to work more efficiently.  You can usually expect an answer the same day and we then keep our phone lines free for sales and support.
In some very rare cases a product goes EOL (end of life); this means it cannot be delivered anymore. If this is the case, you will be informed as soon as we get the EOL message from the manufacturer. If   you have made a payment already and you ordered product goes end of life, you will of course be refunded 100% of the purchase fee.    

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We are pleased to provide worldwide shipping to our customers. Our group of international clients grows each year and we are happy to see them coming back to order again.
The reason for the increase in international customers is related to the wide range of products that we offer as well as being able to deliver them fast.  Usually we can ship products & parts within 48 hours with UPS directly to your locantion in the United States and we are also specialized in delivering  EOL products. These are products where the manufacturer has stopped the production, but there are some rest stock available.
Since we work together with distributors worldwide, it may well be that we are the only ones being able to deliver an EOL product fast to your country.   
We also offer the possibility to use your own preferred shipping company and simply have your order picked up at our warehouse.  When placing the order you just choose the option pick-up at the check-out  page. We can call your carrier and arrange the pick-up service in your name or you can arrange it on your own. Whatever suits you best.
Alternatively, we can of course ship the goods with one of our carriers such as UPS, DHL. FED Ex. Sometimes extra shipping costs will be added to your order depending on weight and destination. We then let you know as soon as possible.

How much do I pay for shipping to the USA?

It depends on weight and destination. Within the USA, the shipping costs are approximately $49 excluding tax. For any other destination we will give you a shipping quote after you have placed your order. You can of course also have your own carrier pick up the goods at our warehouse, or we ship using your shipping account. Just tell us what you prefer.

How can I pay for my order?

You can choose among the following payment methods at check-out: Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. For credit cards, a surcharge of 1% will generally be added to the order.
